1. Introduction
Welcome to OPS360, operated by Delisys Technologies Ltd and its Partners. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform, mobile applications, and related services.
By using OPS360, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
2. Our Services
OPS360 Services include (but are not limited to):
- Platform Services (projects, tasks, team collaboration, and other management tools)
- Mobile Applications (iOS/Android, with offline capabilities)
- AI Services (assistants, document summarization, analytics, and similar features)
- E-Signature Services (digital signing, compliance tracking)
- File Management (cloud storage, sharing, and version control)
- Communication (chat, WhatsApp integration, notifications)
- Payments & Billing (invoicing, transactions, subscription management)
- Audits & Compliance Tools (location-based audits, incident management, reporting)
OPS360 may add new services, modules, or integrations. All such services are subject to this Policy and Agreement.
Service Availability: We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, improve, or discontinue services at any time.
3. Your Account
3.1 Requirements
To use OPS360, you must:
- Be at least 17 years old
- Provide accurate information
- Keep your account secure
- Have authority to enter this agreement
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Keeping login credentials secure
- All activities under your account
- Notifying us immediately of unauthorized use
3.3 Business Accounts
For business users:
- Your organization manages your access
- You must comply with both these Terms and your organization’s policies
- Account administrators control permissions and user management
4. Acceptable Use
4.1 Permitted Use
You may use OPS360 to:
- Conduct legitimate business activities
- Collaborate with your team
- Store and share files securely
- Process documents and payments
- Perform audits and manage incidents
4.2 Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Violate laws or infringe rights
- Upload harmful, illegal, or malicious content
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload OPS360
- Spam, harass, or abuse other users
4.3 Content Standards
All content must be lawfully owned/licensed, compliant with laws, and free from harmful material.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Our Rights
OPS360 and related technology are owned by Delisys Technologies Ltd and its Partners. You receive a limited license to use OPS360 while subscribed.
5.2 Your Content
You own the content you upload. By using OPS360, you grant us a license to use that content solely to provide services.
5.3 Feedback
We may freely use feedback or suggestions you provide.
6. Payment and Billing
6.1 Subscription Fees
- Billed in advance
- Non-refundable unless required by law
- Pricing may change with notice
- Failed payments may suspend access
6.2 Payment Processing
Handled securely by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay).
6.3 Refunds
Generally non-refundable. Exceptional cases may be considered if requested within 30 days.
7. Data and Privacy
7.1 Privacy
Your data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy.
7.2 Data Residency
Customer data remains within the customer’s region (UK, EU, USA, or India) and is not transferred abroad except as required for lawful processing (e.g., payments).
7.3 Data Backup
We maintain backups but recommend you also keep your own. Recovery cannot be guaranteed in all cases.
8. E-Signature Services
- Legally binding digital signatures with audit trails
- Includes timestamps, IP/device details, and certificates
- Identity verification may be required
- Compliance is your responsibility in your jurisdiction
9. Mobile Applications
- Require permissions (location, camera, storage, microphone, notifications)
- Offline data is encrypted and synced when connectivity is restored
- Keep apps updated for security and functionality
10. AI and Automated Services
- AI Assistant provides support but may not always be accurate
- Important decisions should be verified independently
- Automated processes may be used for efficiency; human review available on request
11. Third-Party Services
OPS360 integrates with third parties, including:
- WhatsApp Business (Meta)
- Payment Processors (Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay)
- Google Services
- Microsoft Azure
You must comply with their terms when using integrations.
12. Service Limitations
- OPS360 is provided “as is” and “as available”
- No guarantees of error-free or uninterrupted service
- No warranties on third-party content/services
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months
- No liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- No liability for loss of profits, business, or data
- You agree to indemnify OPS360 for claims arising from your use
14. Termination
14.1 By You
You may terminate your account anytime; outstanding fees remain payable.
14.2 By Us
We may terminate accounts for breaches, non-payment, harmful activities, or security risks.
14.3 After Termination
- Access ends immediately
- Data may be deleted after a reasonable period
- You may request data export before deletion
15. Dispute Resolution
- Contact us first at legal@vops360.com
- Unresolved disputes: handled by binding arbitration in the UK
- Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction for non-arbitrable disputes
- No class actions allowed
16. General Terms
- Changes: Terms may be updated; continued use = acceptance
- Governing Law: England and Wales
- Entire Agreement: Terms of Service + Privacy Policy = complete agreement
- Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect the rest
